Jay and Jesse Steinmus didn't just swing hammers — they ran projects. With over 15 years of combined experience managing residential and commercial remodeling and flipping investment properties across the Twin Cities, they understand what it takes to get a property done right, on time, and on budget.
That experience gave them a perspective most contractors simply don't have. They've sat on the investor side of the table. They've managed the timelines, the budgets, and the pressure of getting a property market-ready before carrying costs that eat into the profit.
And the more they worked in this industry, the more they noticed a glaring gap nobody was filling. Homeowners and investors getting ready to sell were left on their own to coordinate painters, flooring crews, cleaners, and handymen — juggling schedules, chasing callbacks, and leaving thousands of dollars on the table.
